Currently, the terms and conditions of your long distance telephone service are contained in a document (called a "tariff") that long distance telephone companies are required to file with the Federal Communications Commission. In an effort to provide customers with more information, beginning August 1, 2001, federal law is being changed to eliminate this document filing requirement for most state-to-state long distance services. Long distance companies now will form direct agreements with their customers.

If interstate Dial-1 rates are changed, you will receive notice by postcard or letter; by a message with your invoice; by our calling and speaking to you or leaving a message for you; or by e-mail, with your consent. You may receive advance notice of other changes to your agreement by visiting our website or by calling the company.

No. You remain free to change carriers at any time unless you have signed a term commitment or contract with TTI National, Inc. for a specified time period.
