Mexico Hurricane Relief
As part of the Mexico hurricane relief effort, MCI will waive call charges for Residential Customers who are subscribed
to the Company's service for interLATA calling and who place outbound calls to Mexico on or after October 24, 2015.
Usage charges for all calls to Mexico during this timeframe will be rated at $0.00, regardless of the calling plan
selected by the Customer, including calls with international mobile terminations. The promotional rate will apply to
outbound direct dialed, operator assisted, station-to-station, person-to-person, and outbound international calling card.
In addition, calls to Mexico will not count against the monthly allotment of international minutes included in any
international subscription plan. The Customer who discontinues or cancels the Company's service or whose service is refused,
canceled or discontinued by the Company shall forfeit eligibility.
This relief offer applies to calls made between 10/24/2015 and 10/30/2015.
To our Long Distance Customers:
PRICING NOTIFICATION: Effective October 1, 2014 all customers with long distance state-to-state service will be assessed a $4.95 monthly recurring fee. If you are already paying a monthly recurring fee as part of your service, this new fee will replace the current monthly recurring fee associated with your state-to-state long distance service. For customers having long distance dial-1 service, this may result in an increase to your monthly charges. If you have toll-free service this new fee will be separate from the fee per toll-free number. However, the new $4.95 monthly recurring fee will contribute to your minimum monthly usage fee. For questions regarding your tti National Account or tti National service options, please contact customer service at 1-800-893-5094.
PRICING NOTIFICATION: Effective October 1, 2014 tti National will be removing the following fees: Calling Card Charge, In-State Calling Plan Fee, and Bill Summary Charge.
To our Toll free Customers:
PRICING NOTIFICATION: Effective October 1, 2014, if you subscribe to a tti National toll free state-to-state service, your toll free monthly fee will no longer contribute towards the minimum usage charge for your LONG DISTANCE service. So in any given month, if your LONG DISTANCE usage charges are less than your minimum usage fee FOR LONG DISTANCE, you will still be billed a minimum usage charge. The toll free monthly service fee, and any other charges related to your toll free service, will not contribute towards the minimum usage fee FOR YOUR LONG DISTANCE SERVICE. For questions regarding your tti National Account or tti National service options, please contact customer service at 1-800-893-5094.
Effective June 1, 2014, changes to Section V.B.L to reflect that calling card reinstatement is no longer available and has been deleted from tti National's GSA.
For customers currently paying a CCRC rate other than 3.5%, the rate will change to 3.5% on December 1, 2013. The Carrier Cost Recovery
Charge (CCRC) will be adjusted to 3.5%. The CCRC surcharge applies to interstate and international telecommunications services. This
monthly charge is applied to each long distance customer's account and helps defray a portion of MCI's costs for calls terminated on other
networks, fees paid to support government programs such as Telecommunications Relay Service and Local Number Portability, other Federal
Communication Commission-assessed charges, and additional indirect costs associated with administering and complying with government
TTI appreciates your business and values you as a loyal customer. We want to make sure you are aware of an important update.
Effective September 15, 2013, a monthly minimum usage charge of $5.00 will apply to your residential long distance service if you select TTI
as your intraLATA service provider only. This update does not affect your current service as long as you keep TTI as both your
interstate/interLATA and intraLATA service provider.
Effective March 1, 2013, TTI National customers whose plan includes a $9.99 monthly recurring fee per Toll Free number, the monthly
recurring fee will be increased to $14.00 per month.
Effective March 1, 2013, your TTI intrastate calling card per minute rate will increase to $0.75.
Effective Feburary 1, 2013, your state-to-state per minute calling card rate will increase to $1.25.
Effective January 1, 2013, for customers of TTI National service whose plan includes a $6.99 minimum usage fee for long distance
state-to-state services, the minimum usage fee will be increased to $9.99 per month. If your monthly charges, including usage charges
and plan fees, are less than $9.99, you will be billed the difference between the usage charges and the minimum monthly charge so that your
monthly charges equal a minimum of $9.99.
TTI Service Default Product: This product applies to existing customers of TTI service who cancel their TTI account or service, but who
nevertheless continue to complete calls over the Company's network. Customers who had subscribed to TTI service and canceled their account
will be charged a per-minute rate of $2.13 for such calls beginning on the date the Company first received the service cancellation request.
No per-call surcharge shall apply. For Directory Assistance call rates refer to the TTI GSA.
Beginning with your May invoice, a $6.99 monthly minimum charge will be applied to your account if you have selected TTI for your state
to state service. If your monthly charges, including usage charges and plan fees, are less than $6.99, you will be billed the difference
between the usage charges and the minimum monthly charge so that your monthly charges equal a minimum of $6.99.
Beginning with your April 2012 invoice, a $9.99 monthly recurring fee will be assessed for each Toll Free number on your account if you
have selected TTI as your state to state long distance carrier. If your account is cancelled, this fee will not apply.
To Our Indiana Customers Only:
Effective May 1, 2012, the Indiana Universal Service Fund (IUSF) surcharge is increasing from 0.40% to 0.52%. If you have any questions
please call customer service.
For Our Maryland Customers Only:
Effective on August 30, 2010, TTI telephone service will no longer be available
in Maryland. Existing customers were sent a letter explaining that they will be migrated to Verizon. For questions about Verizon plans, please
contact Verizon toll free at 1-877-953-5552.
